Transformed from a raw builder flat, this 3-bedroom residence in Parkland, Juhu, was thoughtfully zoned to maximize space, storage, and functionality for a family of four. Clever storage solutions make every inch count, while reoriented bedrooms and optimized passages enhance usability.
Calm neutrals meet bold accents in unusual ways, giving each room a distinct character while making the home feel larger than its footprint. Greige flooring and oak veneer provide cohesion, while textured finishes, terracotta tiles, and subtle decorative details create depth and tactility. Art and decor—including a vibrant Krishna painting inspired by the client’s ISKCON devotion—add color, personality, and a soulful focal point to the living area. Architectural touches like grooved panels, rhythmic pattis, and wainscoting add elegance without overpowering simplicity.
The project demonstrates how thoughtful zoning and materiality can create a home that is practical, visually harmonious, and a true reflection of personality and faith.
