Designing my own home was a deeply personal journey—a chance to create a space that embodies simplicity, functionality, and warmth, reflecting our minimalist lifestyle. Guided by the principle of “less is more,” every decision focused on subtle details rather than grand gestures, executed within a tight three-month timeframe. The home was envisioned as a sanctuary for me and my son, balancing comfort, modern conveniences, and a profound sense of belonging.
Muted greys, earthy tones, and natural materials like Italian marble, oak veneer, and metal form the foundation of the palette, while touches of muted blues, greens, and indoor greenery add visual interest. Circular and geometric forms in furniture and lighting break linear monotony, adding rhythm and character to the interiors.
The home features a curated combination of Italian furniture from Roche Bobois, B&B Italia, and lighting by Flos, alongside custom-designed pieces manufactured in workshops, ensuring every element is functional and aesthetically precise. Signature details like fluted panels, metal pattis, and subtle textures elevate the minimalist interiors.
The result is a modern, muted home that is serene, functional, and timeless—a space where every detail serves a purpose and every corner radiates comfort and harmony.
